Job Description

1.To plan and direct all the aspects of mechanical engineering activities of Blower Division. 2.To ensure all the Mechanical Engineering projects, Initiatives & processes are in conformance with organizations established policies and objectives. 3.To oversee Production, Technical Co-ordination, Sales, Dispatch and other functions of the Department. 4.To be well versed in Designing of all kinds of Blowers / Fans such as Centrifugal / Backward curve / Axial & Other fans, with suitable software knowledge. 5.To provide input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of the responsibility. 6.To share inputs into developing the Budget. 7.To supervise Fabrication, Installation, Operations, Application of the Products. 8.To hire, Interview and train the other support staff. 9.To seek continues improvement for the betterment of working of the department. 10.To be responsible for ISO, data management & record ke
