a) Import accounting & related problem solving on day to day basis b) Monitoring regular bill passing progress of shared services for Imports c) Overseeing Foreign Travel accounting & submission to bank d) Regular discussions with Import desk & other stake holders for pending issues of Imports e) Month end closing activities, including posting of difference in exchange entry & other grossing up entries f) High sea sales accounting & pendency report on monthly basis g) Preparation of Various month end & year end MIS of imports on time to time basis h) Review of Bank Reconciliation i) Monitoring Import purchase payments to subsidiary companies j) Hedge accounting k) New IT system implmentation for Imports Relevant experience of 1 to 2 years Industry Preferred Automotive or auto anxillary Post graduation such as CA or ICWA Competencies a) Good team player b) Ability to understand deliverables & accordingly get the work done from import desk or other stakeholders. c) Good communication. d) Command over excel. e) SAP Knowledge is an added advantage. e) Good understanding of accounting & related impacts on profitability. f) Person should own & drive assigned work.
