1. Execution of various employee life cycle management functions such as hiring, joining formalities and on-boarding.2. Talent Acquisition: Responsible for sourcing and screening of the candidates. Coordinating with the HODs for the functional interviews. Post selection initiating the salary negotiations and smooth on-boarding of the candidates.3. Payroll: Responsible for the collation of shift rotas from various departments. Working on the allocated payroll files.4. Coordinating and conducting various behavioral and functional training as per the Annual Training Calendar5. Execution of the Employee Engagement activities at the unit6. Working on the compliance of NABH protocols. Execution of the various processes in order to fulfill the compliances.7. Preparation of various weekly and monthly HR MIS reports.8. Responsible for the administration of the hostels, mess and other HR Administrative functions.
