Job Description

    Job Summary / Job PurposePartnerships is immense strategical importance that ALD wants to explore aggressively. This is pivotal for ALDand has a high potential of growth. With a first moveradvantage, ALD finds this segment to be profitable, a viable segment to increase its product offering and itsmarket share in the industry.Executive Key Account (Outsourced) - This role will follow directions with a systematic and dedicated approachto target this segment. It is a frontline sales and Service position and main responsibilities would be interactingwith prospective customers, present the product, negotiate and on-board the convinced customer.The Profile reports to the Manager / Regional Manager - Partnerships. The person should have excellentinterpersonal skills. This profile has to also closely work with the reporting manager to achieve the businessobjectives.Main Responsibilities / Accountabilities / TasksEfficiently manage and be accountable for the assigned Key Accounts with regards to the Servicestandards, Receivables, complete new sales and recurring sales penetration.Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospectivecustomersPerform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within scheduleAdditionally manage all leads received through inbound customer calls, web leads or through ongoingpromotional activities.Maintain strict TAT in reverting to the leads / quote requests received through enquiries on in-house orpartnership portals.Liaise with internal teams or dealerships to arrange for test drives for prospective customers from theassigned accounts.Maintain and provide daily / weekly / monthly MIS for the accounts assigned. Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends Continuously improve through feedbackCandidate ProfileAcademic Background(degree and major) Graduate degree or equivalentRelevant Working Experience innumber of years Corporate Sales experience of more than 3 years in the Automobilesales industry or Car dealership.Skills & Competencies requiredThe candidate should be from Automobile or related industrywith knowledge of finance. Exposure to Lease would bepreferred though not a must. Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customerneeds Strong written / oral communication and interpersonal skillswith aptitude in building relationships with professionals of allorganizational levels Excellent organizational skills Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently Ability in problem-solving and negotiation. Resolving key clientissues and complaints with ability follow-through on clientcontracts Acquisition of new business from the key accounts provided bythe company Managing the account right from enquiry stage, to costnegotiations, to customer acquisition, to overlooking deal untildeliveries as per schedule. Self-motivated with a drive to take the sales to the next level Strong MS Office skills esp. in Excel, Word & Power point andexperience with CRM software Goal oriented with experience meeting revenue targets.
