    Dear Candidates,We are hiring for Senior Developer!Exp- 5 + yearsCTC- 30 LacsWork Culture - 3 Days WFO, 2 Days WFH)Work Location -MumbaiGiven below are the job details:A MERN stack developer isan expert in MongoDB, Express, React and Node. They are proficient in JavaScript and use HTML, CSS and JavaScript to handle front-end operations and JavaScript with Node. js to handle back-end operations.Role & Responsibilities:
    • Ensure projects are delivered on time within the stipulated scope and budget Lead the execution of a project along with Tech Lead and ensure technical feasibility Developing, Recording, and Maintaining cutting-edge applications Build innovative, state-of-the-art applications and collaborate with the User Experience (UX) team. Prepare and maintain all applications utilizing standard development tools Utilize backend data services and contribute to increase existing data services API Use test-driven development and acceptance tests to ensure feature quality Convey effectively with all task progress, evaluations, suggestions, schedules along with technical and process issues Document the development process, architecture, and standard components Measure project performance using appropriate project management tools Coordinate with the developers and US team for the flawless execution of projects
    Desired Candidate Profile:
    • 8+ Years of work experience as a Developer with at least 2-3 years on Node.js and React.js Experience of execution in an agile environment using industry-standard tools Good Understanding of JS Fundamentals (Inheritance, Object-oriented design, ECMAScript features, promises, callbacks, event handling, etc.) Must be very good with React JS and Node JS fundamentals Must have strong Database/SQL fundamentals Ability to integrate the application with back-end interfaces Good to have Redux knowledge Good to have familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases and their declarative query languages Ability to solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges
