Job Description

    Dear Candidate,Greetings of the day!We are Hiring forAccountant , senior accountantGood communicationCompletion of timely filing of returns and reconciliation of statutory compliances such asTDS, Provident Fund and Professional tax.o Review ledger entries, accounts, Bank reconciliation, voucher fillings, vendors and employeesaccounts on a periodic basis.o Prepare and finalize Statutory books of accounts on a timely basis.o Preparation and finalization of Financial Statements including audit reports.o Coordination with statutory auditors and Donor auditors to ensure smooth audit process andreports finalization.o Ensuring compliances to the regular amendments under Income Tax, FCRA and CompaniesAct.o Collaborate within the finance team and HR departments to monitor enforcement of standardsand regulations.o Handling FCRA related compliances including 15CA && 15 CB, FC-4 returns, Quarterly FCreturns and related documentation, filling and communication.o Ensuring Compliance with the donors agreements to ensure proper and timely reporting.o Submission of different donor reports, budget amendments and Utilization certificates.o Development of team and further ensuring healthy work environment within the team andsupporting the team to reach common goals.o Ensuring internal control system in place and obtaining Nil audit observation in the Internalaudit report.o Implementing change management to remain relevant and competitive by being responsiveand proactive to emerging sector needs and development.o Finalizing donor and partner contracts, Grants negotiation, Grants Management and duediligence of the associated partners.o To manage large projects funded by GFATM, USAID, DFID, etc.o Handling and Leading necessary taxation matters as applicable.Regards,HR Team
