Job Description

    1. Manage and oversee all administrative functions to ensure smooth and efficient operations within the organization.
    2. Coordinate and oversee all AMC agreements, ensuring timely renewals and efficient vendor management.
    3. Handle the payroll process and biometric attendance system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in payroll disbursements.
    4. Address administrative grievances, concerns, and inquiries from employees. Plan and coordinate various administrative functions within the organization.
    5. Manage the procurement process, including sourcing, negotiation, and purchase of office supplies, equipment, and other necessary items.
    6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for administrative activities. Generate regular MIS reports for management review.
    7. Manage relationships with various vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure the timely delivery of services and goods.
    8. Work together with Legal, HR and Accounting Consultants to make sure we meet our monthly compliance obligations.
    9. on time payment to our vendors and service providers, maintain payment records, and communicate with them if necessary.
