Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities, ensuring they are in good working condition.Administrative Support: Prepare and distribute internal and external correspondence, reports, and presentations. Maintain and update company records and databases.Communication: Serve as a point of contact between employees, clients, and external partners.Documentation and Filing: Maintain and organize physical and electronic files and documents. Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive information.Event Coordination:Assist in the planning and execution of company events, meetings, and conferences.Vendor Management: Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers as needed. Obtain quotes and negotiate pricing for office supplies and services.Compliance and Regulations: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
