    1.Recruitment, Interview Line-up2.Screening of resumes from job portals, Internal references, Consultants3.Pre & Post joining formalities4.Induction & Orientation5.Issuing offer letter/Appointment letter6.BGV check7.POSH activity, meetings arrangement and filing & process8.Run through to do list and maintain dairy9.Daily and Monthly Attendance Checking: Head Office and all sites on Humin App10.Office Rounds and checking of all employees, housekeeping, security, cleaning, grooming, formal dressing, ID card, cabins11.Filling and Documentation Management - All HR and Admin: Maintain filing tracker with code name department, from new joining to till exit formality, f and f, housekeeping, security, third party employees, contract, Investment details, leave from, attendance, loan, form 16, resume bifurcation and filling12.Website and Mail Resume Tracker: Maintain excel sheet and folder as per department, arrange interviews13.Salary Account Opening of ICICI: All employees and new employees14.Monthly Salary Calculation: Maintain Excel Sheet and put all details Attendance, dues, punishment, deduction, loan, add, coordinate with accounts department for tax and income tax, PF - PT - ESIC details15.Statutory Compliance: Coordinate with consultant and accounts team for PF - PT - ESIC challan generation and payments, PF passbook generation of all employees, KYC documentation of all and new employees, previous pending PF work and government notices16.PF Withdrawal Process of EX employees and current employees: As per requirements17.Follow ups:18.Full and Final Settlements process, exit interview:19.Made and Set Forms: Employee profile form, on boarding form, maternity, leave form, interview form, interview feedback form20.Set Letters: Offer letter, Appointment letters, Mail Feedback of Job application, Salary slip format21.Set and Control Humin App and Biometrics on all Sites and Head office22.Coordinate with Accounts Department & Distribution of Form 16 of all after end of financial year23.Monthly and Yearly Team Player Award Management of all department: Planning, nomination, selection, routed trophy, photo printing, all celebration.24.Recruitment Firms Management: Set and share current openings, role and responsibilities time to time, solved queries of consultant25.Interviews: All process, conduct interviews, HR round and arrange and participate in all further rounds, filing of all resumes as per status26.Mediclaim and Accidental Policy:27.Leave Salary and Bonus Calculation:28.Gratuity Calculation29.Arrange Safety Equipment for Construction Site: Helmet Jacket Shoes.30.Company Loan Process for Employees31.Celebration: Birthday, Monthly Team player award and rewards, All Festivals, Diwali, Yearly Award, employee engagement activity, official tour, party, movie planning, womens day celebration, engineering day, HR day, C.A day, Engineer day32.Training and Development arrangement:33.Performance Appraisal Monthly and Yearly:34.Increment Data Management:35.Meeting Arrangements:36.Notices:37.Overall HR and admin part
