Job Description1. Responsible for driving business growth through the Travel Agents.2. Identifying and recruiting Agents in the respective area to generate travel business.3. Ensure completion of Branch Budget and drive the growth of the business.4. Develop and nurture relationships with travel agents to yield a productive relationship.5. Provide end to end solutions to travel agents thereby ensuring that service level commitments are met.6. Ensure Travel: Non-Travel Mix is maintained at 85:157. Ensure the timely collection of the outstanding dues.8. Share MIS with the travel agents on a monthly basis.9. Ensure adherence of the market to underwriting guidelines.10.
