Job Description

    We have an opening for Analyst Corporate Development with leading MNCActively participate in the M&A and investment processes and may have day-to-day responsibilities across a number of activities, including strategic initiatives, partnerships, strategic planning, and other similar transactions Assist in performing in-depth business and financial analysis to help quantify business plans Conduct research / analyze key trends in the industry and support ad hoc strategic and financial analyses for senior management Assist in managing venture capital portfolio and presenting key changes and findings to senior management Assist in identifying growth opportunities from investment and M&A transactions and communicating them to the broader organization Support day-to-day transactions, including, but not limited to, creating investment committee and executive leadership team review presentations / investment memos, conducting due diligence and financial analysis on the opportunity set, coordinating with various cross-functional teams, and identifying / pricing risk(s)If interested, kindly revert with your updated resume, mentioning the below details.1.
