Job Description

    As an Art Director you will lead a team of designers and creative professionals, working collaboratively to conceptualize and execute visually stunning and engaging experiences for our clients.JOB DESCRIPTION:
    • Comprehend client briefs, take design decisions and manage effective execution of projects based on requirements.
    • Improvise on design solutions and techniques and adapt to changing requirements.
    • Make use of feedback and performance analysis to offer proactive steps in exceeding client expectations in terms of creative requirements.
    • Visualize data and information and present in an engaging way while retaining the essence.
    • Drive design principles, color and typography effectively across all deliverables.
    • Establish and maintain best practices and design methods and stay abreast of rich media techniques, emerging technologies. Up-to-date knowledge of Adobe CS and other allied softwares /plugins and online solutions for design.
    • A professional approach to time and quality of work and work within deadlines.
    • Proactive mindset, professional team player and handle job responsibilities independently.
    • Work closely with Creative Directors throughout the event.
    • Experience and interest in creating high quality videos Expertise in post-production editing and working with footage, audio and animation Experience in videography for footage creation, idea of cameras and sound recording.
    • Experience in Adobe Flash Professional, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Strong creative thinking, ability to produce new ideas, concepts, and designs that suit the needs and are visually appealing.
    • To create, composite and give visual effects, animation, and motion graphics for promos to convert ideas and concept given by the Editorial team and translate them into design/creative material
    ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS: Graduate in any discipline. Diploma in Graphics or a related subjectEXPERIENCE: Minimum of 8 years of experience into events
