Job Description

Roles and ResponsibilitiesPosition: Territory Sales Manager & Area Sales Manager-TRAUMAPosition Reports to: Business Head Domestic SalesSalary Range: To match the Best in IndustryPlace of Posting: Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, PuneRole & Responsibilities:

  • TSM/ ASM, Trauma will support and prepare business plans for Orthopedic Trauma.
  • Set-up distributor wise target.
  • Set-up meetings for appointment of new distributors.
  • Develop and meet business objectives and sales targets for the territory.
  • Display core selling skills.
  • Focus on value added functions.
  • Directly accountable for achievement of business objectives and sales to large institutions and government hospitals in the territory.
  • Motivate and ensure performance of distributors and distributors sales team.
  • Grow and sustain Key Accounts.
  • Monitor competitors activities in the assigned territory.

  • Any graduate, preferably Mechanical Engineering with 4+ year experience in sales of Orthopedic Implants and Orthopedic Instruments/ Medical Devices.
  • Good connect with Orthopedic Surgeons, Hospitals and Distributors.
  • Strong dealer management skills.
  • Good communication, experience in Medical Device Industry, especially orthopedic implants and instruments.
  • Ability to drive business and minimize outstanding receivables.
