    Designation: Assistant Manager-Customer Care-GrievancePayroll-Insurance CoLocation-Goregaon-officeMax CTC will be 6 LakhsGraduate with Min 2-3 Years Exp in customer service role for Bank/NBFC/Call Centres etc.Required Candidate profileUnderstanding customer grievanceContacting the customer to obtain all relevant detailsKeep customer updated during the courseComplete and accurate resolutions to the grievances handledcallhidden_mobile Kanchanwww.hyfly.inThane Location CTC Up To 4 LPAUnderstanding customer grievance Contacting the customer to obtain all relevant details Establishing all facts and asking for feedback from the sales teamwhere ever required Coordinate with other teams such Operations, Policy Servicing,Finance etc for resolution of the grievance Communicate the decision to the customer, draft a customisedresponse where ever necessary Keep customer updated during the course Display empathy and courtesy in all interactions with the customer Adhere to internal SOPs and TATsComplete and accurate resolutions to the grievances handled- Adherence to internal SOPs measured through QC scores, auditsetc- Resolution of grievance in defined timelinesExperience 2-3 Years in a customer facing processQualification - Graduate / Post Graduate- Excellent Communication skills verbal and written- Previous experience in customer facing areas / grievanceresolution role will be a plus
