Job Description

Job DescriptionMain Objective: To manage the day-to-day operations of the human resource of a company, as well as the administration of the human resources policies, procedures, and programs.JD:Recruitment and Selection:

  • Recruit and interview potential applicants on experience, skills, and education
  • Update job requirements when needed
  • Analyzes staffing logistics and organizes documentation
  • Contact applicant references and perform background checks required by company
  • Organize and manage new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs
  • Explain and provide information on employee benefits, programs, and education. May also advise on benefit needs or evaluate benefit contract bids.
  • Cover all legal compliance for human resource as per requirements
  • Maintain employee records and paperwork
Policy, Planning and Process Improvement
  • Develop, plan, and implement human resources policies, procedures, and best practices for the work unit including for HR Facilitators in subordinate units.
  • Implementing new business processes within the unit and suggest opportunities for improvement or change.
PMS:
  • Perform yearly appraisals along with the Head of Department. Use of tools like BSC, Bell Curve, 360 deg appraisals.
  • Review and update the KRA and KPI as and when required.
Payroll and Compensation:Daily updation of attendance. Calculation of Salary, PF, ESIC, MLWF, PT as per the statutory standards.Employee Relations and IR
  • Addressing the employee issues and solving them
  • Monthly Engagement Activities.
