- A Top Business house having interests in Renewable, Chemicals, Textiles, Non ferrous metals, Financial Services & Telecom is hiring for for a Seasoned L&D professional- To drive Functional Excellence in the Group by anchoring Functional Academies in the identified areas . This includes design, delivery, sustenance, and impact measurement of best-in-class capability building interventions by the leading learning partners - using a wide variety of learning methods.- Ensure efficient implementation of Continuing Education Policy - which also includes collaboration and tie up with the best University which offers executive MBA (or any other program as decided). Responsibilities1. Working closely with Talent Council to understand the overall direction in which they propose to take the function ahead2. Demonstrate agility and flexibility to start new functional academies (based on new functional Talent Councils)3. Understanding the nuances of the different areas (from each council) where capability building has to be done in Group4. Working closely with different SMEs (of each capability area under each function) to develop in depth understanding of the current state, learning requirements, business challenges. Collaborate, build partnership and leverage their expertise for developing appropriate learning solutions / interventions5. Obtaining alignment /approval from the council on the overall thoughts and execution plan 6. Explore and identify learning partners for delivering high impact learning interventions which appropriately addresses the learning needs7. Identify, develop and introduce new learning methodologies (including digital) to enhance its effectiveness and value for the learners8. Identify and ensure appropriate Sr. Leaders of Group are involved as Leader in Residence / Leader Teach Leaders9. Ensuring adequate and right participation (across Job Bands) for different programs10. Implementing post-learning measures thus ensuring there are enough opportunities to apply learning back in the workplace (in order to enhance retention and stickiness of learning)11. Scanning, shortlisting and selecting the appropriate University which offers executive MBA (or any other program as decided) - as part of Education PolicySkills/Competencies : - 15-18 years of Experience in L&D, Capability Building- Stakeholder engagement & Management- Influencer & collaborator- Graduate/PG in HR from good InstitutionThose interested may apply or call for more clarity(if needed) on 845180646,
