Standard range of equipment line Sifters, Multi mills, Blenders, High Shear Mixer Granulators, Fluid Bed Driers & Processors, Blenders, Auto-coaters, Tray Driers, Vacuum Tray Driers, Bins along with the materials handling systems and Batching system.JD-Overall Experience*Experience of 6-15 yrs in sales and Business development in a Technical and capital intensive Engineering /Machine building company and above with footage in developing business for exports.Mandatory Experience*Exposure of developing business and marketing of capital and technology intensive engineering product. Excellent track record of developing business and enhancing client relations, a fast learner with good export market knowledge will be an advantage.ACCOUNTABILITY:Achievement of Assigned targets (Project/Machines/Spares) New customer development Collection of payments New/existing Market Development Job closure as per business flow Development of subordinateResponsibilty: -EXCLUSIVE / PRIMARY*Achievement of Assigned targets (Project/Machines/Spares) New customer development Collection of payments New/existing Market Development Job closure as per business flow Development of subordinate Nurture and develop relations with existing customers Prepare and review accuracy of Technocommercial proposal Negotiate price and terms/conditions of the order and payment terms with the client in consultation HODROUTINE / SECONDARY*Timely closure of technical issues Timely closure of commercial issues Regular customer interactions Customer Engagement for factory visits and presentations thereof Meeting Consultants and Merchant exporters regularly Market intelligence in terms of pricing, product, specfication and technical comparisons Ensure regular updation of presentations, literatures, specifications and catalogues and designs based on market feedbacks Weekly review of reports of CRM and progress of project with Projects. Resolution of customer concerns/conflicts within specified timelines Review of site closure with CRM and Customer and get CSI filled to understand over customer experience Organise decided trade fairs Keeping abreast with regulatory requirements Keeping in touch with industry experts in process and design Ensure timely updation of business records like client list and contact, project related documents like design, specifications, drawings, site photographs, etc. Ensure there are no gaps in execution for closure of site within agreed timelines.Please share your resume asap.
