Job Description

Key Objective of the Job:To maintain relationship with dealer & increase the business at dealer counter to meet the sales target of the Branch.Major Deliverable s:

  • Generate leads & business from assigned dealership as well as the open market directly through own sources
  • Maintain a healthy relationship with Dealers for sales objective
  • Ensuring Post Disbursal Documents (PDD) updating
  • RC, First EMI & Nonstarter collection & its updating to maintain the portfolio
  • Timely Communication to dealers staff about the scheme / HO communication about payouts/RC, etc.
  • Should possess strong knowledge about local market, potential customer list and knowledge of RTO activity and new vehicle business
  • Ensure it visits all local transporter Stand, participate in mela, visit customer daily, source directly without any dealer/DSA support through cold calling and build strong commercial vehicle business.
  • Understanding of customers need and proper guidance / explanation of the finance schemes to the customers
  • Daily sharing of MIS with case wise status of the leads given by dealership
  • Minimum Nos. expected as per productivity matrix
  • Login to conversation to maintain the targeted ratio
