  • Job Location Masjid Bunder
  • Fix Salary- 15000 Per Month.
  • Experience- 2 Years
  • Job timing- 9:30 AM to 6 PM.
Job Responsibility
  • Handling incoming calls and other communication.
  • Recording information needed
  • Verification of document enrolled in the company
  • Clearing salary related issues with the head office
  • Greeting and assist visitor
  • Updating paperwork, maintain document and word processing
  • Making PowerPoint presentation for meetings
  • Helping organize and maintain office common areas
  • Organizing travel by booking accommodation and reservations needed as required
  • Coordinating event as necessary
  • Maintaining supply inventory
  • Maintaining record of stock received from head office
  • Maintain office equipment as needed
  • Aiding with Client reception as needed
  • Experience as a virtual assistant
  • Creating, maintain and entering information into data base
  • Online transaction of receipt and payment
  • Bills payment
  • Keep reports of transactions
  • Setting of meetings
  • Making travel arrangement and hotel and restaurant reservation
  • Maintaining polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail
