Job Description

Opening for Banca as well as Agency TrainerPosition TitleTrainer ManagerDepartmentAgency/Direct Sales Training Role Summary:

  • Conducts training as per the defined levels for the assigned channel, manages & develops assigned trainers and TOs and manages and executes training schedules for the location.
Reports To Zone Training Manager SupervisesDirect: Assigned trainers and TOsIndirect: IRDA Training Institutes in the zoneCity Heads Training, Trainers, Training Service ProvidersAgency Managers, Regional Development Managers in their ZoneExternalIRDA Training Institutes , SuppliersCritical Responsibilities Training as per assigned ChannelAgency: Agent Level 2A, Level 2B, Level 2C , Level 2D and PBACorporate Agency Channel: Level 2, Level 3Bank Assurance: Level 1, Level 2, Level 3Broking: Level 1, Level 2Manage the local training resources and training scheduleManage assigned Trainers and TOs on a day to day basisPrimary Responsibilities
  • IRDA passing percentage of advisors should be minimum 80%
  • To announce monthly training schedules by the 5th of ever month in conjunction with Zone Heads
  • Submit weekly / monthly reports to Head of Distribution Training
  • Ensure all IRDA rules and regulations are followed as far as training is concerned (Defect free adherence to IRDA rules and regulations)
  • To ensure training records are maintained and updated constantly
  • Participate in risk mitigation plans, contingency planning, business continuity programs by executing and reporting within defined timelines. Highlight and recommend process gaps, flaws and process changes.
