Job Description

Dear Jobseekers,Greetings from IntelAct Business Solutions!!We are hiring for BIM Manager profile for one of our prime client based in Navi Mumbai location.1. Company profile:The company is one of the leading organizations working in the development of the balance of plant work of wind farm development projects. They are also in Real Estate, DMC, EPC, Construction, etc.2. Designation:Building Information Modelling (BIM) Manager.3. Experience required:3-6 years experience in design, understanding of Cad tools including Auto Cad, Revit, and BIM tools.4. Age Criteria:below 33 age.5. Job Location:Navi Mumbai.6.

  • Understanding the requirement of company leadership and transforming it to an executable implementation plan.
  • The candidate will oversee the operational aspects of BIM implementation within the company.
  • He will be looking into aspects of construction management, modeling of buildings by taking into account the architectural, structural and other design aspects and in-depth understanding of various BIM methodology. He will have a technical understanding of construction aspects, design, specifications in relation to BIM.
  • He will be supporting the construction, design and planning function with his inputs on quantity estimation, BOQ generation, critical aspects of construction, finalizing the building design with iterations and optimization of cost estimation and design.
  • The client is looking at that type of candidate for a hands-on experienced senior person to take a lead role in operations of vertical of Building Information Modelling for real estate projects of the company in pan-India. He would also be wearing that of CTO who will be interested to establishing cutting edge IT infrastructure to serve the various verticals of the company
7. Reporting to:Managing Director.8. Educational qualification required:
  • Graduate engineer (Tier I/II institutes) and M.Tech (IIT)
  • Construction management from NICMAR will be added advantage
  • Knowledge of Auto Cad products.
9. Skills required:
  • Taking the first step for problem-solving, go-getter attitude, a penchant to excel the target and good / Excellent communication skills
  • The candidate will be required to travel to sites.
