Roles and ResponsibilitiesAs a Business Analyst in SECoE team, understand the requirements, prepare FSD, prepare vendor proposal, high level business flow, prepare project plan, proto and other project artifacts, track project deliverables and schedule to ensure a timely release to client as per the agreed timelines.. As a Test Lead in BAQA team, manage entire software testing life cycle, prepare test plan, test scenarios and test results to ensure a high-quality release to the client. Provide SIT/UAT/Go Live support to IT teams & business. Provide L3 support to production support teams.As an application in charge, ensure regular communication with stake holders, raise alarms, ensure governance to avoid any audit failure, provide guidance to developers, TSG/SMG, users and mentor new joinee.A. Project Management1. Co-ordinate with the team members to ensure smooth functioning & timely delivery. 2. Prepare Understanding Document along with Workflow4. Prepare Functional Specification Documents5. Prepare High Level Business Flow. 6. Prepare vendor proposal / High level estimate7. Prepare prototypes8. Share the Functional knowledge to Dev. Team.9. Prepare SQA Plan & Audit docs. C. Quality Control / QA To ensure the quality of products being delivered is as per end user expectation:1. Manage entire software Testing Life Cycle.2. Prepare test case documents, test data, test plan.3. Preparation of expected Output files prior to get the delivery from development team.4. Guide/Execute business complex scenarios. 5. Find the defects& report to development team 6. Give the understating of the defects to development team to resolve the problem.7. Prepare Requirement Traceability Matrix8. Responsible for final deliverable to client on time.9. Complete ITPP/CMMI documentationD. SQAPrepare SQA certification Prepare SQA PlanE. Governance 1. To ensure that all projects are executed as per defined processes2. Prepared Audit Docs as per process to ensure zero failure from Audit.3. Worked with Governance team to define the check list and process changes for ISD policies and process.4. Complete documentations as per ITPP/CMMIF. Production/ UAT SupportProvide L3 onwards Support.
