The effective use of technology underpins Reliances ability to acquire and maintain our competitive advantage.An IT incumbent is accountable for the end-to-end delivery of business technology, information and related services to Reliance#s businessesHe/she will be expected to be a part of IT function#s transformational journey in moving towards a function that systematically enables business objectives, and drives the identification and adoption of game-changing, value-adding technologies.Short Description: Business Analyst LongDescription: To create the business /functional requirements necessary for technology solutions that meet clientneeds, expected delivery dates, and exceptional quality standards. To workclosely with various teams to ensure implementation of the functionality as perthe elucidated requirements.Job Accountabilities:Workclosely with business stakeholders to identify process improvements andleverage technology to automate and streamline existing processes.Workclosely with business client, vendor teams, operations team for requirementsclarification / validation, compromise or agreement mediation.Translatebusiness requirements into product specific designs and configuration, detailedrequirements specifications and use cases.Proficientin agile methodology especially in terms of documenting requirements throughEpics, user stories and acceptance criteria; incorporating user feedback.Providingfunctional support during the development and testing phases.Experiencein setting up test scenarios and performing hands on testing and review ofdata, identifying defects and managing resolutions with the development teams.Conductingfunctional demos.Supportgo-live activities, review and validate business rules and requirements andobtain all required sign-offs.Preparingtraining materials / user manuals and conducting user training sessions forvarious user roles.Skills Required (Knowledge andSkills)Wellversed with various SDLC methodologies.Negotiationskills, Problem solving attitudePriorexposure to AGILE development methodologies would be a plusExperiencewith relational databases (preferably SQL Server). Should be able to write SQLqueries, procedures, triggers, and do basic performance tuning.Priorexperience in development or consulting with an enterprise software vendor is aplus.Priorexposure to Physical Security Systems will be a value add.Key Attributes (Experience and Qualifications)7-10 years of overall experience/ B.E / MCA /MBA Shouldhave played a role of end-to-end BA for atleast 2 large projectsEducation Requirement :B.E/ B.Tech (Any discipline) Experience Requirement :6-9 years experienceSkills & Competencies :He/she should have the ability to understand user requirements and deliver quality services based on those requirementsHe/she should be able to solve problems with solutions based on diverse procedures and precedents or the lack of itHe/she should be able to work in a team environment and should be able to communicate effectively.,
