  • Identify potential leads independently through networking, cold-calling and/or other sources in the assigned territory/geography.
  • Creating and closing new business opportunities for the company.
  • Work closely with delivery functions in ensuring successful execution of projects.
  • Develop relationships with potential clients through presentations, business networking, telephone calls, personal emails, personal mailings, business forums, and/or other business or social Networking.
  • The role will require hunting and farming, managing client relationships and managing end to end delivery of client engagements.
  • Drive new engagements with clients and grow existing client engagements and ensure a quality of deliverables.
  • Liaison with the client to understand the business problem, processes and implementation challenges.
  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Promote the companys products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople.
