    • Drive sales and achieve targets through the bank branches
    • Selling companys product
    Sales Support
    • Support the CRO in his sales effort, in terms of generating benefit illustrations, accompanying on client calls if required etc
    Relationship Management
    • The Bank is the key customer of the Business Manager and he has to engage an open and trusting relationship with the Branch
    Managers/officers/staff
    • Engage the employees of the bank branches in regular discussions to transfer knowledge about insurance, Companys product offerings and understand their issues/ concerns about selling insurance (if any)
    • Ensure that all service requirements are met, medicals facilitated and customers are satisfied.
    Lead Generation Spearhead all lead generation initiatives from the bank whether through walk-ins, data-mining, referrals, and others. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORSQUALITATIVE:
    • Achieving sales targets
    • Activate & engage SRMS for Insurance Sales
    • Arranging training programs for SRMs/ Branch Head on products and selling skills
    • Increasing productivity of SRMs
    QUANTITATIVE:
    • Achievement of Monthly / Quarterly / Half yearly and Annual Sales Target
    WORK EXPERIENCE:5 years In Insurance / Banking / Finance / FMCG / NBFC / Pharma SalesAGE:Below 35 yearsQUALIFICATIONS:Graduates / MBAs of formal education is desirable.COMPETENCIES:Result OrientationLeadership SkillsCustomer OrientationInterpersonal and Communication SkillsEnergy, Drive and InitiativeCost and Quality Consciousness
