Job Description

    Location: Mahape, Navi MumbaiWorking Days: Monday to FridayWorking Time: 11 AM to 8 PMPosition: Business Support SpecialistProcess - US & Italy immigrationKey Responsibilities:Act as the first point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries related to immigration and citizenship processes.Provide clear and accurate information about the clients services and procedures.Assist clients in completing required forms and documentation.Manage and resolve client issues efficiently and professionally, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration and citizenship laws and procedures to provide accurate guidance.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of client concerns.Document client interactions and maintain detailed records of communications and transactions.Contribute to improving customer service processes and suggesting enhancements based on client feedback.Qualifications:Proven experience in international customer service roles, preferably in the travel, visa or immigration sector.Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.Positive attitude with a strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.Interview Process:1st Round - Initial Telephonic Round2nd Round - F2F with directors
