* Competency Description Experience6-10 years of experience in handling Industrial projects with steel and concrete buildings.Good knowledge of AutoCAD and MicrostationHands on experience of 3D modeling softwares like SP3D and RevitEducational qualificationDiploma in Civil Engineering or ITI courses in Civil Draughtsman.Core StrengthsCore competency in drafting and detailing of Civil & Structural designs and should have ability and hands on experience to work on schematic /statutory/ working drawings.Good Knowledge of 3D modeling softwares like SP3D, Revit and should be able to extract 2D drawing and produce finals drawingsAbility to do Material take offs for civil & structural works. Extraction of MTO from Revit and SP3D essentialGood knowledge of steel / reinforced concrete detailing practices (as per international codes) preferable to be able to check & review our global engineering partner s drawingsCoordinate drafting activities with other designers, drafters, and design disciplinesRole / Job description1. Prepare range of civil and structural drawings such as plans, elevations, sections, details etc.2. Preparation of steel structural drawings including connection details3. Preparation of civil drawings like grading plans, paving plans, roads, stormwater drainage and sewer details, and other civil plans/details4. Good Knowledge of 3D modeling softwares like SP3D, Revit and should be able to extract 2D drawing and produce finals drawings5. Learn and successfully apply company, client, and project drafting standards and procedures6. Execute design changes and project drawing revisions7.
