Job Description

    1. Client Relationship Executive:
    2. Total Openings:
    4. Will be responsible for new business, upgrades, renewals, and referrals from the assigned clients.
    5. Deal with client queries promptly and professionally. Keeping up regular contact with clients and look for opportunities to delivering added value to client relationships.
    6. Ensuring regular contact with existing clients to maintain our companys presence.
    7. Creating a positive on boarding experience for new clients.
    8. Regularly interacting with clients through telephone calls, email communications, or face-to- face meetings.
    9. Maintaining an accurate record of all existing and potential clients.
    10. Responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
    11. Client Relationship Executive Requirements: MBA Graduate.
    12. A minimum of 2-5 years of experience. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    13. Proficient in all Microsoft applications. Superior product knowledge. A team player with leadership skills. Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction. Working Days, Hours, and Remuneration: Working Days: Monday to Saturday, 6 days working. Working Hours: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm Remuneration: 3,60,000 5,40,000 CTC p.a. Job Location: Kharghar, Navi Mumbai
