Job Description

  • Follow up with clients for LOI, agreement, Renewals& SLAs.
  • Prepare salary structure keeping in mind all salary relate laws & issue offer letter after getting approval from the clients.
  • Monthly attendance & leave management.
  • Raise monthly invoices based on attendance received; also make sure that adjustment for taken care as per SLA before forwarding it to payroll team.
  • Cross check all invoices like reimbursement & salary with the data.
  • Releasing of the salaries along with incentives& reimbursement.
  • Send monthly statutory challans to client.
  • Send weekly MIS report to the line manger & monthly MIS report to client.
  • Make sure that annual payments & invoices like leave encashment. Bonus are raised & paid to staffer.
  • Collection of outstanding amounts from client.
  • Attendance & leave management (300 + employees)
  • Handing End to End billing and invoicing process for clients.
  • Maintaining database for the source employees for billing process.
Statutory Compliance
  • Sending Employee details Follow up in regards to documentations and claim with insurance company.
  • Sending the ESIC and the PF Challans to the clients.
  • Providing the Employee their ESIC No and the Insurance no at the time of the joining.
  • Getting Done PF formalities while Joining, Exit of an Employee.
