You will be responsible to drive our business success by implementing a strong and sustainable sales strategy. You and your teams main goal will be to turn leads and prospects into buyers.Designation: Sales Manager (Closing) Department: Mandate SalesReports to: Site Head Location: Mumbai SuburbsObjective of the role:
    • Planning, implementing, managing and overseeing sales strategy
    • Responsible for the individual revenue target for the project
    Duties/Responsibilities:
    • Attend walk-ins and brief them about the project and its features. Understand the needs of customers and pitch accordingly.
    • Prepare project presentations/Reports & MIS as requested by the management.
    • Consistently follow up for booking and closing of the deal with the client.
    • Completing booking formalities post closure.
    • Executing effective and result oriented strategies under a competitive environment for sales promotion.
    • Participate in various exhibitions, seminars and BTL activities.
    • Maintaining the desired profitability of the project and attempting to increase the same at all times through continued vigor in the sale numbers.
    • Ensuring constant tracking and response to competitor activity, specifically for the operating micro-market and provided timely feedback as per market dynamics.
