Job Description

    The Business Banking Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding the banks business banking portfolio.This position involves proactively engaging with corporate clients, identifying cross-selling opportunities, and promoting a range of banking products and services.Job Roles and Responsibilities:
    • Foster and grow client relationships with portfolio clients, including private banking channels.
    • Provide comprehensive service to direct clients of the bank, ensuring smooth processing of their mortgage, deposit, current account, or insurance applications.
    • Proactively engage with customers for onboarding activities, especially new deposit customers.
    • Identify cross-sell opportunities within the existing client base.
    • Promote cash management, trading/hedging, investment banking, and global markets products and services.
    • Achieve monthly sales targets for various banking products and services.
    • Cross-sell asset products and fee-based services.
    • Oversee and direct the Commercial Banking Recruitment Strategy.
    • Develop and sustain customised training programs for bankers across all lines of business in Commercial Banking.
    • Expand and enhance Commercial Banking development programs.
    Desired Candidates Profile:
    • 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience in core retail liability banking sales, with a focus on current account products.
    • Strong knowledge of investment and banking products, including mutual funds, insurance, equities, and debt instruments.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
