Job Description

Candidate must possess excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.Role description: (What you will do)You will act as a liaison, provide product/services information to our customers, and resolve any emerging issues/ queries they face with accuracy and efficiency.Role Responsibilities: (What you need to do)

  • Handle the day-to-day functioning of the customer care department.
  • Be able to handle incoming calls, understand customer issues, and provide appropriate solutions timely.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customers complaint, analyzing the cause of the problem and providing the solution and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Coordinate with members of the technical team to ensure timely resolution of customer complaints.
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication; Identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve customer satisfaction
  • Track complaint status, and follow-up till status is marked as resolved.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, customer accounts, and file documents.
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information to the customer by using the right methods/tools

  • Familiar with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
