Candidate must have experience in Air and Ocean Freight Customer Service OperationsHe/she would be required to provide daily updates to Customers on work status and should be able to independently track and co-ordinate the import and exbond clearances with the field persons at Customs, Docks and Bonded W/He/she should be having expertise in computer skills and email correspondenceEnsure accurate and timely data entry into our operating system.Track and trace of all air Import files and report the status/updates internally and to the customers.Ensure that customers freight are delivered on timely base.To be interactive and proactive with our customers regarding arranging their freight/shipments by meeting their requirements and service standards.Timely response on emails from customers, suppliers, carriers and our internal network.
