Committed to driving our mission forward, we leverage technology and innovation to scale and enhance our programmes.We have earned numerous accolades, including the ASSOCHAM awards for Best Not-For-Profit Organization, Best NGO for Covid-19 Response in 2022, three consecutive years of the Great Place To Work recognition, and the prestigious Khel Ratna Puraskar presented by the President of India.Our strategically located. offices in Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, Chennai, and Hyderabad are complemented by an international presence in the US, the UK, Nepal, Myanmar, and Singapore, reinforcing our global commitment to making a difference.Responsibilities:Directly play the role of account manager of multiple large projects and create and nurture a lasting relationshipPlay vital role in fund allocation and take major financial as well as programmatic decisions and reporting with respect to the grantOversee the progress of implementation of the program as per the MoU agreed upon with the respective donorsSelf-sustaining practices for Retention of existing donors and growing grant/donation sizes Responsible for good CRM .Oversee the progress of implementation of the program as per the MoU agreed upon with the respective donorsPlay the role of an effective spokesperson between the Magic Bus and respective donor organizationsCustodian of data and analytics with reference to the progress and monitoring of programOrganizing kick off meeting with project stakeholders both internal and externalEnsure seamless communications and management of Corporate donorsEffective management of program budgets and transparent reporting back to the donorTo coordinate donor engagement activitiesTo organize project reviews at regular intervals and monitor progressTimely submission of donor reports (financial and programmatic)Desired Competencies:Experience in CRM from Corporate donorsExperience in managing key accountExperience in overseeing clients and programs Ability to drive complex projects in a timely mannerAbility to travel across the Magic Bus marketsAbility to work effectively with huge Data as well as analyse themVery good with MS Excel and Power pointEntrepreneurial, with high-energy levels and the passion to succeedHave strong networking skills and relationship orientationHave strong verbal and written communication skillsHave impeccable integrity and high personal ethicsQualification & Work experienceAny Graduate in Social work or other social sciences relevant to the development sector12 to 16 years experience in raising Corporate donor management for Non-profits.Awareness reflects engagement with diverse sectoral issues, especially on education, adolescent empowerment and rural developmentTeam coordination1. Director, Impact and the Impact team - To find ways to represent and communicate results/ outcomes2. Sustainability /Fundraising team - To ensure prompt and appropriate acknowledgement of all grant income and that all information relating to it is accurate, up to date and well organized and also provide other feasible support as required to the whole fundraising team in line with experience.3. Communications Team - To develop effective channel for internal as well as external communications, milestones achieved, success stories etc.4.
