Support the day-to-day work of the Directorb. senior management in team meetingsc. Developing and maintaining rapport with key decision makers and External contacts: Clients, Partnersand Associates etc.d. Monitor daily activities of other Executive Assistants.1.7. Job Location: Mahape, New Mumbai1. Calendar management2. Drafting emails / letters for Chairmans Office3. External and Internal communication from the Chairmans office4. Research documents/ materials relevant for the Chairman5. Conceptualization and designing for internal newsletters.6. Book Medical appointments7. Reimbursements / Exp management8. Coordination of Conferences and Events9. Pre-meeting communication emails10. Travel Management (Coordinating with In-house Travel team)11. Arranging gifts / chocolates for clients12. Coordination with Vendors13. Coordination with offices in Dubai, Jodhpur, UK, USA, Belgium14. Flexible with extended working hours as per different time zonesDesired Candidate Profile:1. Any Graduate with 8-15 years of Executive Assistant Experience in a similar role at a comparablelevel in a company. PG will be added advantage.2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with hands on experience of MS Office(Word, Excel and Power point).3. Good Listener and Excellent Clarity in Communication4. Planning, organizing and management skills.5. Open to Travel at short notice within and outside India6. Self-Motivated and open to accept challenges, Positive & Problem-Solving Attitude towards allsituations is essential.7. Having Passport to travel overseas is desirable.8. Knowledge of some foreign language would be an added advantage.
