Job Description

    Dear Candidate,Greetings of the day!We are Hiring for Executive/Senior Executive - CPA (Retail Asset)
    • Health check of documents pertaining to home loan / mortgage loan files as per banks guideline
    • Ensure that the KYC norms are adhered to and the other documents are in accordance with banks guidelines, utilizing circulars or statutory guidelines.
    • Analysing credit worthiness of borrowers and basic eligibility check
    • Ensuring FTR with movement of only complete files in all aspects moved to next stage
    • Ensuring benchmark TAT for different activities / task
    • Ensuring complete and accurate data entry in banks loan origination system
    • Scanning and uploading of document through Ominscan
    • Liaising with different stakeholders i.e. CPC, RMs / Officer, SMS Head, Vendors etc.
    • Assisting the bank and BGSS in enhancing quality of service delivery relating to the account opening process.
    • Query resolution in consultation with customer, RMs and CPC team.
    • Preparing & sharing different MISs as required by different stakeholders
    Products (where inward desk will be deployed) to include the following:
    • Home Loan
    • Mortgage Loan
    • Education Loan
    • Staff Housing Loan
    Job Specific skills
    • Minimum 1 to 2 years of current conventionalmortgage & home loan document handling & processing experience
    • Knowledge of KYC, income calculations, tax returns, reading credit reports, guidelines etc and ability to identify red flags.
    • Checking of proposal & documents of customer for mortgage based loans
    • Analytical, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to manage process and time.
    • Must be able to work in a high stress environment while delivering a high-level of customer service.
    • Must be willing and able to work as part of a team.
    • Strong capability to work in multiple systems - paperless environment.
    • Must be willing to work in strict security environment.
    • Coordinating with different stakeholder as and when required
    Educational Qualification
    • Graduate Degree is mandatory. Preferably B.Com/M.Com
    • Proven work experience in mortgage loan documentation handling & processing (preferably in private sector, HL & LAP/SME/Mortgages).
    • Keen understanding and focus on risk, controls, compliance and regulatory framework
