You will be the anchor of the Administration team in Mumbai CFS based out of Nhava Sheva and responsible to positively drive key administration areas, oversee both long term & short-term planning, execution with sense of ownership and urgency Show MoreKey responsibilities Accountable for maintenance of complete facilities & infrastructure set up with day-to-day operations of the Administration department, Annual Admin budget and closure of projects in relevant area within the approved budget Drive TCO (Take Cost Out) initiatives in the Admin & Facilities area Compliance towards all statutory requirements relating to admin and facilities. Liaison with statutory and local body, CIDCO, Grampanchayat, RTO, MIDC, etc Ensure efficient utilization, availability & service levels of HK, Transport, Canteen, Concierge Desk, Waste disposal, PEST control contractors and/or contract staff Develop & maintain vendor base for cost effective procurement of office material and negotiating AMCs, renewing Insurances, contracts for maintenance in association with Procurement/Finance Quarterly assessment of vendors based on various factors such as quality, delivery, credit terms etc Ensure maintenance of optimum inventory levels in the stores and maintain business relations with vendors for the procurement of necessary items Work in tandem with IR on front ending union related matters, investigation pertaining to contract staff in Administration Accountability for auditing, safeguarding & reporting any deviations from set process and systems periodically Handle situations in the area of responsibility independently and be guided by policies, procedures and process of the company Plan, schedule and execute office events including meetings, conferences, team outings, customer visits, etc Be a key contributor in planning and execution of all staff welfare, CSR initiatives Ability to work in a hostile environment, plan and safeguard people, assets Show MoreWe are looking for MBA or equivalent preferred in Business Administration / Facility management 10+ years of hands-on experience as Admin Manager with atleast minimum 5 years experience in a plant environment with fair Unions interface Self-starter with commercial acumen & cost centricity Problem solving with demonstrated result orientation Stakeholder Management Vendor Performance Management Ability to deliver per stringent timelines, union sensitivities Motivate contract staff and build belongingness Ability to set, communicate clear focus/direction for the team Proficiency in local language Marathi preferred Show More,
