Conducting the tests and collecting the proper logs for the products o to verify implementation o to reproduce issues from customer test o to reproduce issues from field o to verify issue fixed Collaborating with test/QA engineers to check the test environment and various test cases Assisting and collaborating analyzing technological problems from customer s tests like QA and IoT. Assisting communication between customer and engineer Assisting training sessions for demonstrating new products and aftersales services Providing feedback on usability and serviceability, trace the result to quality risk and report it to concerned people. And Testing Engineer also needs to be tactful and diplomatic to maintain a good working relationship with the customers and development team.
