Job Description

Our professionals work with clients to recognize their business needs and are able to develop strategies that are critical to their investment decisions. A crucial component of this is assisting them in the financial, strategic and investment aspects of the process. We are currently looking for a Financial Catalyst for our office in Vashi (near station).Responsibilities:Our professionals analyze investment need, financial and operational results of company through reviewing records, understanding industry and conducting interviews with management.

  • Preparing analytical schedules to be used in discussions with Management companies
  • Identifying transaction focus areas based on preliminary analysis
  • Researching public industry and competitor information relevant to the company
  • Examining historical trends and discussing significant fluctuations and non-recurring items between periods
  • Managing and contributing to complex areas of the IM-writing process
  • Assisting in reviewing historical performance by identifying KPIs, preparing MIS and analyzing operational information.
Requirements:
  • Semi qualified CA with strong internship experience
  • Strong analytical, comprehension and problem solving skills, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Understanding of financials (profit & loss statement, balance sheet etc)
  • Ability to perform industry research and prepare projections
  • Dedication to teamwork, demonstrated leadership experience and strong personal integrity
  • Ability to master new tasks quickly
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments and manage rapidly changing assignments in a team environment
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, with focus on PPT and Excel
  • Flexibility to travel, as needed
