We are having Job Opening for Navi Mumbai for Contract for the position of Painting Inspector QUALIFICATION- Diploma/ Degree -Engineer EXPERIENCE 4YEARS + Duration -3 Months Contract Extended further On MMK Payroll Location: Navi Mumbai Designation: Painting Inspector Onshore Job Job Description Candidate shall be fully conversant with applicable industry standards such as NACE, SSPC, ASTM, DIN, ISO etc. Candidate should be able to study project specification / standards to prepare / review procedures, ITPS etc, should have working knowledge of surface preparation and painting / coating application methods. Should be acquainted with offshore painting standard/specification CSWIP BGAS Level 2 / NACE Level 2 certified Responsibilities includes checking availability of various testing equipments with their respective calibration certificates, physical verification of painting and blasting materials, their batch test certificates, M.S.D.S to prepare I.M.I.R. Candidate should be able to carry out qualification test for various paint systems and painter / blaster qualification. Candidate should be able to carry out various tests such as measurement of surface profile, surface cleanliness, salt contamination test, blotter test, Checking & recording relative humidity, dew point; temp etc. Candidate should be able to measure WFT/DFT of applied paint and carry out tests such as holiday detection, adhesion tests, hardness test etc. Candidate should be able to prepare/ review all QA/QC reports, technical documents signed from client rep. to ensure that documentation & inspection requirements were fulfilled which were included in the specification, standards and work procedures. Candidate should be able to raise, resolve & close NCRs wherever necessary.
