Job Description

    SALARY: Upto 3 Lacs LOCATION : Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India VACANCIES: 1 QUALIFICATION: Any Graduate MALE/FEMALE: Female EXPERIENCE: 1 year to 3 year JOB DETAILS Roles & Responsibilities:
    • Handling calls for pre-sales marketing related to project inquiries, guiding them with directions, and efficient follow ups to customers and maintaining high service standards.
    • Educate customers for the current portfolio of all the projects, and book appointments for sales executives for site visits.
    • Proactively follow up with leads generated.
    • Follow quality parameters set by the organization
    • Generate site visit prospects over the phone
    • Coordination with the sales team for all the projects and monitoring them with clients about the site visit to ensure maximum lead conversionRoles & Responsibilities:

    • Created and maintained team relationships.
    • Directing all activities required to achieve walk-ins numbers to the site, targets and goals.
    • Ensure efficient follow ups to customers and maintain high service standards.
    Desired Candidate Profile:
    • Minimum 1+years experience with clear and good/excellent communication skills and voice tone.
    • Should have experience in outbound calling.
    • Must have good/excellent convincing skills & also should have good coordination skills. (Internal & External)
    • Good/excellent experience in handling HNI Clients/Customers.
    • Should have a positive attitude & should be confident to accept new challenges.
    • Candidates should be energetic & proactive for this role.
