Job Description

    SALARY: 4LPA - 5LPA LOCATION : Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India VACANCIES: 1 QUALIFICATION: Any Graduate MALE/FEMALE: Both EXPERIENCE: 2yr - 4yr JOB DETAILS Frequent contacts with customers to understand their needs and build up trust and feeling of partnership Ensure the customer s enquiry contains sufficient information to allow the GPSC/regional hub to quote correctly Entry of enquiries into SAP and commencement of workflow in a timely and accurate manner. Stay in regular contact with customer to keep them advised of status of the enquiry. Immediate forwarding of quotations to the customer once available and after reviewing price and accuracy where appropriate in conjunction with the local Account Manager/Representative Work with Account Managers/Representatives to follow up quotations in a timely manner and record all conversations with the customer Immediately forward orders to GPSC/regional hub and ensure prompt order confirmation to customers Follow-up on open questions on quotes and orders and transfer important information to Technical Support/Sales/GPSC to allow supply of correct parts If orders are lost establish the reason for the loss and enter the appropriate rejection code into SAP and close the order If problems with the order, inform the customer immediately and work with GPSC/regional hub to find alternative solutions Inform the customer about the delivery details and proactively seek consigning information. Assist service teams in placing orders for spares parts for maintenance orders as applicable. Checking of credit risk of customers and follow applicable procedure.
