Job Description

  • Interact with the key decision makers - Client, Architects, Engineers, and Contractors in the business value channel.
  • Build understanding of Specifiers strategy, marketing and product efforts. Develop view on latent needs and spur interest in key opportunities as per our internal Capabilities.
  • Arrange to write down specifications incorporating our products.
  • To ensure that specifications covers complete range of products.
  • Develop CRM with the Specifiers/ new consultants and create awareness about the new range of products and generate specifications
  • To sell specification packages to consultants and customers to ensure that our products are incorporated in the tender stage.
  • Breaking the competitors specifications for projects on ground and get the approvals or our products for business conversion
  • Develop operational understanding and key relationships to penetrate target accounts.
  • Be the go to person for solutions for the Specifier.
  • Track/build data base of activity by specifier
