Application Engineers are the primary technical resource for the field sales force, and are responsible for actively driving and managing the technology evaluation stage of the sales process. Working in conjunction with the sales team as the key technical advisory and product advocate, the Application Engineer must be able to identify and provide reliable solutions for all technical issues to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process. The Application Engineer must be able to establish and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle.
  • Designing of User Interfaces, Programming and Logic Development of Home Automation Systems of Restriction, Ray logic & Picostone.
  • Install, Maintain & Service Security Products CCTV, Attendance & Access Control Systems, Intrusion Systems, Fire Alarm Systems, Intercom Systems, Door Locks, Video Door Phones, Pipe Music Systems, Public Address Systems, Video Conference Systems.
  • Install, Maintain & Service Audio Video Home Theater Systems.
  • Project Planning, Execution, Designing, Handling Operational Duties and Supervising Installation and Commissioning of Electronic Security Systems and Automation Systems.
  • Junior Engineer responsible for implementing solutions and providing post-sales support.
  • Providing support and troubleshooting to customers for Products integration
  • Assist customer to understand all products and perform demo for various field applications.
  • Provide technical support to customer and configure services.
  • Analyze customer requirement and ensure product meet customer requirements appropriately.
  • Analyze applications and recommend expert advice for same.
  • Maintain expert level of product knowledge and application
  • Travel to project sites to perform start-up, integration, training services & Post Sales services.
