Works as an in charge of all front office operations.2. Attends incoming and outgoing calls and transfer calls to various departments.3. Handles customers walk-in, brief them about company&services.4. Looks after dispatching courier mails and keeps a record of them documents when required.5. Handling Pre Meeting Requisites - Documents, maintain the coordination of ID and other visitor&cards.6. Distributes inwards documents received and responsible for the payments of bills.7. Provides support to HR department, drafts &sends email when required.8. Supports all office activities.9. Booking on Conference / Meeting room availability in advance.10. Sending faxes and emails and Managing mailing or distribution lists as needed.11.Transportation arrangements for client.12. Maintains office stock record.Required Candidate profile:-1. Should have good communication2. Should have a pleasing personality3. Good Communication skills4. Good in Marathi & English speaking, typing & to handle phone calls.5. Good written English for email.6. Good Knowledge of MS office , Power Point Presentation.7.Good Knowledge of making online travel booking.8. Good knowledge of time management for Director.
