Job Description

    Roles & Responsibilities:Leads the delivery team through all stages of the project to include analyse, design,develop, test, and deploy.Provides the overall direction of the design, solution, development, and oversight.Initial and primary point of customer contact for all delivery project concerns andissues throughout the delivery cycleAuthors, reviews, and provides guidance for developing high level and detailedarchitecture, data migration, data integration, security model, UAT & training plan,and other key documentation.Authors and delivers an overall Issue Resolution Management plan.Provide input and advice regarding D365 CRM capabilities, functions and features toclients and prospects.Conduct hands-on implementation, configuration, and development of the variouscomponents of D365 CRM.Create documentation for clients, including PowerPoint presentations and Visioworkflows regarding functional and technical requirements, design, training, processengineering, etc.Facilitate workshops to develop business requirements; create demonstrations toprovide proof of concept; plan and assist the team in drafting statements of work toinclude estimation of effort/cost.Business performance and process diagnostics and assessments.Supervising application design and architecture components.Supervising process and functional design activities.Creating functional requirements as an input to application design.Developing and testing detailed functional designs for business solution componentsand prototypes.Supervising application build, test, and deploy activities.Planning and executing data conversion activities.Driving test planning and execution.Project and program management that exhibits leadership in process re-engineeringand implementation of process, technology, strategy, and organizational change.Requirements:A)Minimum RequirementsBachelors Degree: Business or technology or similar.8+ years Dynamics AX or NAV or D365 CRM implementation experience.Experience in gathering business requirements (to be model, as is model, etc.) andexperience configuring Microsoft CRM modules including Sales. Marketing a plus.Experience assisting with definition and functional design of conversions andinterfaces, and functional experience in leading technical team through Microsoft CRMAPI usage; integration development.Experience participating in requirements gathering process for IT systems.Clear and concise oral and written communication.Ability to lead people, teams, and projectsUnderstanding of aspects of business management and strategic evaluation.B)Preferred RequirementsMasters Degree in business or technologyDynamics D365 Certification or NAV equivalentDynamics 365 experiencePrior consulting experienceProject Accounting experienceWorking knowledge of at least one software development methodologyWorking knowledge of Microsoft platform skillsWorking knowledge of Microsoft ProjectKnowledge of Microsoft SharePoint, Business Intelligence tools, etc.Professional Skills:Results oriented / self-directed ability to drive change in unstructured environmentStrong client interface and presentation skillsStrong business acumenTrack record of initiative and outstanding performanceExcellent interpersonal skills-Customer FocusManages customer expectations effectivelyAbility to quickly build relationshipsPassion for learningStrong time management skills
