Job Description

Urgent opening for General Ledger Accountant , based at Vileparle.Our client is an American Health Care Company.We are looking for a candidate with excellent in communication with relevant experience of SAP.This role is a renewal annual contract on Third Party. Potential candidates have a chance to be on company roll , based on performance.JD

  • Responsible for entering all Accounts Payable Bills.
  • To manage Accounts Payable activities such as Bill Payments, Petty Cash Or Employees Imprest Payment, Intercompany Payment and Custom Duty Payment through Cheque / ACH/ WIRE Transfer in a timely manner.
  • Review & Approve Employee Expense Reports as per the company policy.
  • Reconciliation of Bank Accounts.
  • Intercompany Reconciliation & Preparation of GIT ( Goods In Transit) listing Report.
  • Responsible for GL Accounting And Analysis of GRIR Clearing, Freight Clearing, Custom Clearing Accounts.
  • Preparing Vendor Ageing Report on weekly basis.
This is a normal shifts and this will have late sittings as well.
