Type of Industry:- An German MNCCompany into Industrial Safety Valves.Position:- Regional Head (Sales) - Navi MumbaiQualification Required:- Diploma / Degree ( Mechanical / Chemical / Instrumentation)Experience :-10-15 yrs + in Sales/ Marketing / Business DevelopmentCandidates from Valves/Pumps/Seals/ Dryer/ Filtration Systems/ Capital Equipment will be prefred.Job Refernce Code :-RSH - VALVESThis position is Open for Outstation Candidates, willing to settle at Navimumbai Area ( Near Thane- Mumbai)JOB PROFILE :-Functional Estimate the existing market potential in the region, implementthe developed customer coverage planPrepare regional sales/revenue forecast and implement strategies to achievesales, revenue, profit, and market share objectives of the company; deliver onannual and quarterly sales/profit plansFulfill the direct sales process (contacting prospects, collecting requirements,Reporting Important InteractionsFunctional Heads at WorksPreparing and submitting quotations promptly, and following-up for orders);report margins or reasons for lost ordersFulfill the sales process for tenders (providing pre-tender technicalconsultation, tracking release of tenders, obtaining tender documents,preparing the technical and commercial offers, ensuring timely submission,attending tender opening, etc.)Maintain an active database of existing users of cOS competitorsproducts, prospect for servicing or replacement businessMonitor sales targets for regional channel partners and agents, provide/organize sales support, and ensure achievement on a sustained basisFollow-up promptly with customers for orders, commercial terms, approvals,problem resolution, etc.; monitor receivables and arrange for timely receipt of paymentsIdentify and develop new markets and generate new inquiriesIdentify, develop, and maintain key product/ customer accountsNetwork actively to increase professional contacts; liaise with consultants,influencers, etc.Collect market feedback and competitor information; suggest initiatives andplans to counter competitionSuggest innovative sales promotion campaigns (e.g. participation inexhibitions, advertising, mailers, etc.), implement approved campaignsGather and provide inputs/ feedback for long term & medium term planningand business planCoordinate with functional personnel at Works to plan and schedule deliveries;follow-up for order status reports and inform customers appropriatelyImplement identified time bound projects (e.g., vendor registration with endusers/ consultants/ EPC contractors)Suggest channel partners in the regionRespond promptly to customer complaints, inform concerned departments andensure that problems are addressed and resolved, maintain recordsSupport the service engineers attending to service calls in the regionPerform other duties that may arise in the course of employment as assignedby managementManagerial Assign duties to subordinates, schedule and supervise their work activities,train, assist, support and motivate them as required, and review and evaluatetheir performance Formulate, present, and defend annual regional sales & marketing budget;control expenses within sanctioned budgetAttend periodic review meetings and prepare sales reportsOversee the implementation of ISO policies, objectives & procedures in thedepartment and assure compliance.if interested send your updated resume onravi.dawra74@gmail.com / dawradm@vsnl.comJob Refernce Code :-RSH - VALVES
