Ability to build strong management team for achieving organisational GOALS.ix. Skill to maintain discipline on shop floorx. Strong ability for planning, organising, delegation.xi. Ability to mentor and guide people reporting.xii. Achieve monthly production plan with desire quality and costxiii. Inventory control and optimisation.xiv. CNC machines VMC, Turn Mill centres, conventional machines, Horizontal Boring machinesii. CNC machines tooling, holders, collets, inserts, drills reamers, milling cutters, boring tools.iii. Aware of CNC programming method and backgroundiv. Preventive schedule of preventive maintenancev. Knowledge of 5S, KANBAN, Just in time, Cellular manufacturing, POKA YOKE, Problem solving techniques, KPI etc.vi. MIS preparation and productivity improvement methods.vii.
