Graphic / Web Designer will provide design as well as provide art direction for graphics and presentation solutions for the Marketing team. Expected to work with minimum supervision. Has to be Hands - on , creative , detail - oriented , help drive creative support for the marketing team. Leads multiple projects in accordance with strict deadlines.What You Will Be Doing : Proficient in Adobe Photoshop , CorelDraw and Illustrator Will be responsible in making PowerPoint presentations as well. Proficiency in MS PowerPoint Knowledge of WordPress and any website programming language is preferred but not a must Will have to work on WordPress (website management) , should be ready to learn if not experienced Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously , work within a marketing team , Should possess creative eye to create professional designs and should have a very good eye for detail , Working as part of the Graphics Team to help plan , design and develop graphic collaterals , In depth knowledge of the print medium , event collaterals , infographics etc. Knowledge of any movie tools will be a plus , while not a necessity What You Will Need For This Position: Minimum 4 years experience in print design and conceptualization Good communication and interpersonal skill Decent spoken and written English Working with a ITeS company is preferred Bachelors degree or equivalent in Fine Arts or a related field Understanding of the latest creative trends as well as knowledge of the visual theory (color theory , typography , composition etc) Sound judgment and flexibility in balancing creative requirements , tight deadlines and deliveries,
